We do NOT sell or rent your information.

3. Third-Party Services

Payments are securely processed through WooPayments (and its payment partners). We do not store full card details on our servers. We also work with trusted providers for order fulfillment, email delivery, and privacy-friendly analytics.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies to improve your experience. We also use Independent Analytics to understand site usage in an aggregated, privacy-friendly way. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may be affected.

5. Email Analytics (Tracking Pixel)

Some emails (for example, order updates and post-purchase messages) include a tiny, invisible image (“tracking pixel”). When your email app loads images, our server records an open event (timestamp, recipient email address, IP address, email client information, and a campaign label). This helps confirm delivery and improve our communications. To opt out, you can disable “auto-load images” in your email app or unsubscribe from marketing emails. Open logs are stored locally and may be cleared periodically.

Returns & Exchanges

At A Nod to Nature, every piece is made with care and created just for you. Because of this, our returns and exchanges policy is a little different from big-box retailers. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind & Sizing

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or sizing mistakes. Since each item is made to order, please review our sizing chart closely before checking out. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help—reach out before ordering and we can guide you.

Condition Guidelines

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, and damage
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)

Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to you.

Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Reporting Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, photos are required so we can help you quickly.

Wrong Item Received

Although we carefully check every order, mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong item, simply email us with a photo of the product you received so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the request is due to a change of mind. Because all items are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

Refused Packages

If you refuse a delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to our office. These fees will be deducted from any return amount.

Price Adjustments

A Nod to Nature does not offer post-purchase price adjustments on existing orders.

Order Cancellations

Because each item is made when you order it, we begin production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we’ll do our best, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

  2. Tell us what’s wrong and whether you need an exchange or a damaged item claim
  3. Attach photos if applicable

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Production and shipping times vary by item and are shown on each product page. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination. Any quoted dates are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

A Nod to Nature is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Texas, United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
