Returns & Exchanges Policy

What can be returned or exchanged?
  • Exchanges: Apparel (shirts, hoodies) may be exchanged once per order for a different size or color.
  • Non-returnable: headwear, drinkware, home goods, phone cases, swimwear, clearance items.
  • Change of mind: refunds aren’t offered for change of mind or sizing mistakes—please check the size chart.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@naturenod.com with your order number and photos. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or store credit at no cost. Wait for approval before returning anything.
Condition guidelines
Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition with tags (if applicable). Poor-condition returns will be sent back.
Shipping details
Customers pay shipping on exchanges; use a trackable method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to start the process
Email customercare@naturenod.com within 7 days, tell us what’s wrong and whether you want an exchange or damaged-item claim, and attach photos if needed. We’ll reply with approval and instructions.
Order cancellations
Because items are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed.
