We understand plans can change! If you need to update or cancel your order, please email customercare@naturenod.com as soon as possible. To ensure we can assist, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly to ship your handcrafted, nature-inspired products fast — changes after this window may not be possible.

What happens if my order has already shipped?

Who pays for return shipping?
If we made a mistake — such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product — we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

At this time, A Nod to Nature ships exclusively within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, with free shipping on purchases over $100. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to stay in the loop.
